Başvurunda Astra hesap kimliğin, doğrulanmış e-posta adresin, seçtiğin Windows/PCVR platformları, isteğe bağlı notun, başvuru zamanı ve onay/ret kararı işlenir. Owner bu bilgileri başvurunu değerlendirmek ve erişimi yönetmek için görür. Onay sonrası e-posta bir hizmet bildirimidir; pazarlama aboneliği değildir.

For a beta application we process your account identity, verified email, requested platforms, optional note, submission time and access decisions. The owner reviews these to manage test access. Approval email is a service message, not a marketing subscription.

ChatGPT girişi ve hesap güvenliği / ChatGPT sign-in and account security

ChatGPT ile girişte doğrulanmış e-posta adresin ve sağlayıcı kimliğin Astra hesabınla eşleştirilir. ChatGPT parolanı almayız. Astra istemcisi için oluşturduğun ilk parola sunucuda yalnız parola hash'i olarak saklanır; mevcut Astra parolan bu işlemle değiştirilmez.

ChatGPT sign-in matches your verified email and provider identity to your Astra account. We do not collect your ChatGPT password. Your first Astra client password is stored on the server only as a password hash; this setup cannot replace an existing Astra password.

Yeni hesap ve giriş olayları güvenlik takibi için kaydedilir. Owner hesap izleme panelinde maskelenmiş e-posta, hesap durumu ve son giriş zamanını görür. Bu olayların son 90 günü gösterilir; 90 günden eski kayıtlar sınırlı gruplar hâlinde temizlenir. Siteye istek gelmeyen dönemlerde temizlik gecikebilir; henüz sonuçlanmamış bildirimlerle ilişkili kayıtlar korunur.

New-account and sign-in events are recorded for security monitoring. The Owner account panel shows masked email, account status and last sign-in time. It displays the latest 90 days of events; older records are removed in bounded batches. Cleanup can be delayed when the site receives no requests, and records linked to unresolved notifications are retained.

Yeni kayıt ve tekrarlanan başarısız giriş bildirimleri, yalnız olay türü, kayıt kimliği ve zaman gibi asgari bilgilerle Owner'ın yerel Codex izleyicisinde değerlendirilir. New-registration and repeated-failed-login notices are reviewed through the Owner's local Codex monitor using minimal metadata such as event type, record ID and time. Ordinary successful sign-ins appear only in the panel. Email delivery for these notices is not configured yet; no marketing messages are sent.

Data we process

Astra ID, email address, password hash, session token hash, character/profile data you save, and security metadata such as request time and IP-derived rate-limit identifiers.

Why

We use this data to protect Astra IDs, maintain sign-in sessions, synchronize supported character data, manage approved beta access and prevent abuse.

Optional QA analytics

Only after you choose “Allow”, the Beta site records a random anonymous session identifier, active session duration, tutorial step, download click, character-save signal, music links, language and broad device category. We do not record chat text, form text, passwords, email contents, precise location or raw IP addresses in analytics.

Selected QA events may be sent to the private owner Telegram channel as event name, duration, broad device category, language and UTC time. Telegram messages do not include chat content, account secrets or the anonymous session identifier.

Storage and retention

Passwords and active session tokens are not stored in readable form. Astra ID data is retained while the service operates or until deletion is requested, subject to security and legal obligations. Optional QA telemetry is automatically removed after 90 days.

Your choices

You can decline optional QA analytics and continue using the site. You may request access, correction or deletion through the official AVA Games contact channel shown on avagames.de.
